Our Civil Engineering department provides site grading and drainage for new and existing commercial and industrial facilities.

Proper site grading allows rain water to run off the site, provides the code required slopes for handicapped access, and insures that the surfaces are adequate for parking or walking.

Site drainage includes storm pipe sizing, and stormwater treatment. Stormwater treatment involves drainage swales, detention, retention, and erosion control plans. Site design and work in support of land use applications are also performed by the Civil Engineering department.
